Q & A With My iTunes Library Part 6

Q & A With My iTunes Library is where I answer questions asked by songs in my music library with other songs in my music library. First, I searched my library for questions and came up with a list. Then, for each question, I hit the shuffle button and the first track is the answer.

Q: This first question comes from Alton Ellis. Alton wants to know What Does It Take (To Win Your Love)?

A: And the answer comes from The Company Band. They say Love Means Never Having To Say You’re Ugly.

I’m not entirely sure what that means, Company Band, but I’m going to assume it’s romantic.

Q: The Buzzcocks would like to know Whatever Happened To?

But, that’s not even a full question, Buzzcocks! Let’s ask the library what the rest of the question is. Eminem says Rain Man.

So, The Buzzcocks & Eminem want to know Whatever Happened To Rain Man?

A: The answer is from Roland Alphonso who says President Kennedy happened to Rain Man.

None of that makes any sense.

Q: Our next question comes from The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. They want to know Where’d You Go?

A: At The Drive-In says they went for Sleepwalk Capsules.

I’m not sure why you would want capsules that make you sleepwalk, At The Drive-In, but whatever.

Q: The Paladins are asking What Side Of The Door Am I On?

A: Five Horse Johnson says to Climb Right Through.

Seems to me that’s a pretty philosophical way of telling you there is no door, Paladins.

Q: Rollins Band wants to know What Do You Do?

A: Cypress Hill answered with Boom Biddy Bye Bye.

I’m not sure what kind of work that is or who pays you for it, but that’s cool.

Q: Elvis Costello & The Attractions want to know (What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace, Love And Understanding?

Nothing, Elvis, but let’s see what everyone else has to say.

A: Public Enemy says Fight The Power.

Hells yes, PE. It seems like they don’t find it funny either, Elvis.

Q: Etta James is asking Baby, What You Want Me to Do?

Keep on being your bad self, Etta.

A: Tom Waits says he wants you to Murder In The Red Barn.

That’s not right, Tom! Alright, one more…

Q: Metallic asks Am I Evil? This is a pretty rad video of Metallica covering Diamond Head with members of Anthrax, Slayer and Megadeth:

Am I evil? Yes, I am. \m/

A: Our answer comes from Old Blue Eyes, who says How Insensitive.

I’m not sure if that’s a yes or a no, Metallica, but Frank has spoken.

Well, that’s about all we have time for today. Until next time…
