I prefer the page for commenting. Pages allow you to reply to individual comments, where profiles don’t (you have to put in a new comment to talk to someone and not just reply to their original comment).

Well, that seems like a good plan. I may kill either the page or the Goldfish profile. It seems redundant to have two, but I’m not sure which one to keep yet.

Yeah, it does. I use my personal FB page for family chats, my FB page for blog talk on a shorter and more personal level, and Twitter for emptying my brain of craptastic jaunts of nonsense, with the cursing and innuendo that my family wouldn’t be keen on. Whatever. I have to neglect one, or more, to focus on the other, so I don’t know that it’s worth it. We’ll see. It’s been ok kind a fun to try.

It took me a bit to get the hang of the “page” thing, but now I like it. I’m still learning the Twitter thing. I’m ok with that. Like I said, no one talks to me, so it’s not like anyone is noticing if I do something wrong/stupid. I don’t know how long I’ll keep up this effort.

I get FB (although the “page” thing still confuses me), but I really don’t understand the best way to use Twitter. We’ll see. Last time, it was 19 days before I lost interest in Twitter.

On my blog page, it’s pretty much just a place for FBers who are not WPers to catch my posts. Occasionally I put words in the box, but not often. I’m trying to up my Twitter tweeting, but no one talks to me. Someone used to, but he stopped. Blah. My personal FB page is really only active when my kids are with me, otherwise, I forget it’s there.
It’s easy to lose interest. Hopefully you have fun with it.
